"Sent my test on Tracked parcel and they claim they never received. Now ignoring my emails"
I paid £80 for a test. It's strange you have to do the test and then send it to London and they send to Germany. You have to pay for the postage also tracked. I sent it back to London. I waited over 10 days. I emailed verisana asked for my results and they said they never received my test back. I asked for a refund and they stopped replying to my emails. I've now claimed it back from my bank. Disgusting service and possible scam
