"Getting the sample was a whole thing"
Trying to collect the sample was just a hassle. I thought it’d be simple, but nope, it didn’t really work the way I expected. Maybe I missed something, but it felt awkward and frustrating, and I just couldn’t get it right.

I ordered a test kit from verisana.com the shipping went pretty much how I hoped it would. I already had a good feeling about them from what I’d seen, and getting the tracking email so quickly kind of confirmed that for me. It was easy to follow and I never had to wonder where the package was.

The kit even showed up earlier than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed properly, nothing was damaged, and nothing was missing. Maybe I expected it to go smoothly, but this definitely backed that up for me. Simple, stress-free delivery, so I’m happy to give 5 stars.

"Not sure I trust the results"
I tried it more than once and the results changed quite a bit each time. That just made me feel like I couldn’t really rely on it. So yeah, not for me.

The site was easy to figure out overall, but the ordering process felt a bit clunky. A couple of steps weren’t super clear, and I felt a little pressured to move through it before I was totally sure everything was right. I ended up double-checking a few things before paying. The confirmation email came through fine, so it wasn’t a big problem, just not the smoothest experience. Overall, it was okay

"Took longer than expected and made me lose some trust"
The test itself was fine, but the results took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just slower than I was hoping for. Still, when you’re waiting on something like this, delays make it hard to fully trust the process next time

"Absolute scam with no hope of a refund"

Complete garbage. Amazon should not allow this scam to be sold. You will get a test kit and never get results. No refunds no replies to emails. It’s the perfect scam to steal your money.
